I do! And I found the place. Alladvantage.com will PAY you to surf the internet! Okay, so now you're not believing me. I understand, I didn't beleive it at first. But here's the deal: They will pay you something around $0.50 per hour that you spend on the internet (up to 15 hours per month) just to display a small banner across the bottom of your screen. And you can turn it off anytime it starts to bother you!
